I have a Zoom modem and I am loosing connectivity, Please Help!!!?

I have a Zoom modem and I am loosing connectivity, Please Help!!!?

I reset modem then loose connnectivity in about five minutes. The USB light on the modem also kicks on when this happens. Have had pc at repair and they say it's fine. Got new modem and ISP says it's not on their end. Got any ideas for a fix for this?
