I use BT Broadband. It's not the cheapest but BT is the UK's national telephone network and they're extremely reliable

Virgin Media is the best, but if you dont want a bill, then the 3 dongle is good. In terms of the tom tom, if you put a u.k s/d card in, it should work, i wouldnt think you would have too many problems with it
