Default I ran a speed test on my modem. It downloaded, but said 0 for uploading?
If it is only had a download speed and not an upload speed, is that why is is not working on my network?

No,that is not a problem on your network.This is due to slow connection or it is time to perform some cleanup using some program like Ccleaner.After cleanup,then try to test speed.It might work.Addon:Clean all the cookies,history and anythings.
