I have the Motorola SlvrL7C on Metro PCS. Can I turn it into a modem for my laptop?

I don't have Motorola phone tools for my phone. I cant seem to find the correct version of it online for free. Is there any program that will allow me to turn my phone into a modem to feed off my unlimited data plan?
