my neighbor has a 2wire240 modem or wireless dsl router which im sure its from...
...at&t but he has a password any- one know if there is a way to bypass that ??????????

The only way you can use his internet is if he has only used a WEP key. You can packet sniff and crack the WEP key if you have the tools and software to do it.
Otherwise if he has a WPA or something even better then it would rather difficult to crack and not worth the time to do it.
