i only have one telephone in my house and a single port for the line.i used the DSL filter spliter i put the telephone line on the phone singn and the other on the dsl/hpn side. but at random times it seems to disconect like 4-6 times a day...i already try changing all the wireless channels but it still happens the modem light turn off exept for the power and then about 1 min or so all the lights turn solid green? any suggestions..i also heard that u don't put a filter at all on the dsl line that goes to ur modem..bit i'm using the spliter it should work. Any suggestion..i need to play games online Thanks in advanced.

You are not clear but it appears you also use a wifi router or you have a DSL/router compo. I also gather it is the modem itself looses the connection and not just the wifi? This usually means that the telephone filters are not set up correctly, but it could be that the provider's DSL system is failing.
First go over the instructions carefully to make sure you have the filters in place correctly on all the phone outlets. If they are ok or you're not sure call you vender for help.
